Replying to [Ammeet]:There are too many visible and hidden problems in international business, I consider supplier's poor attitude could cause big problem, if the supplier take very serious attitude in production that would be much helpful for whole order processing. But if the supplier does not serious enough, later, problems will come one by one¦
To avoid any mistake in the very beginning, that's very important.

Replying to [Ammeet]: Hello, Ammeet
Obviously you are in trouble, confused with the real situations which are out of your expectation. Actually it is the same for many people, whatever they are Chinese or not, esp. in the business field, usually the key point is subtle. So there is no need to upset about all the stuff, coz there are always sth you cant control.

There is an old saying: God help those who help themselves. When the problem accur, you'd better focus more on the solutions than who should be responsible for the situs.when you solve the problem, then think about the cause, maybe it become easier for you to do it at that time.

Replying to [Ammeet]:Communication my friend is the answer.Communication gap should be avoided and most of it should be on paper or electronic form to avoid misunderstanding.Starting from the top of an organisation to the bottom if communication is spot on there is no chance for problem.People do cheat in the name of miscommunication but have to be wary of such circumstances.Good luck.
