it's really hard matter to sort out this type of problem.

basically at first time, we may happy to see the enquiry via. they use official or mostly un-offical account. we believe his/her company words what they wrote that time. We really want to discuss about the topic of who use yahoo, msn, hotmail...or other account without having used to made offical company intellect e-mail address.

I personally most of time to make believe this fake mails.

While company email accounts can help to determine whether a buyer or supplier is a good lead as you can check out more about the company by visiting their website, I would not discount buyers or suppliers that make contact using free email addresses.

In the case of buyers they may make initial contact with factories using a free email account as it gives the buyer more control over the contact. When they are ready to start dealing with a supplier then they would be more willing to use a company based email address.

In the case of sellers many factories still do not have websites or web based emails. Even when they do many of the staff are transient so the company may choose not to give them a company email account to use. Even when given a company email account to use, some may prefer not to use that and instead use their own private email account.

Probably a better guide to whether a supplier or a buyer is a good lead is the quality of their contact rather than their choice of contact. If they answer all of your questions and obviously know what they are talking about then you are one step closer to a deal.

Replying to [ruchie]: Difficult as it may seem but, some times people tend to hide their companies till the last time as to protect themselves against unsolicited e-mails selling all kind of things which burden their e-mail system. instead of waiting for official email address KEEP your marketing practices up by being proactive. Make auto responses for the FAQ's. General Rates with negotiable margins etc etc according to your company policy at the same time mention your payment terms (this will discourage a lot more time wasters).
In short take a lesson form big companies they advertise just in order to get the attention of people that they and their product exist. And if some one is asking you for some thing then you have a prospective customer so pay him respect and attention which you think that not HE but your company or organization deserves.

yes, you are right some what but not to close the deal when we as supplier to give him complete knowledge what he wants.

We as supplier to prove ourself in anyway to give best quote of price, to show the website , to company introduction, certificate more as like valuable supplier.

But, we have no any proof that the customer who wants to buy some goods has legally importation or not?

that's why I really much confused to know about some customers who has no his own e-mail address.

I have one enquiry based customer even not one there is two sided customer has demanded different thngs.But they have 2 such a common thing that took surprislingly.

I gave him company introductory - they appreciate
I gave him to price selective product- they acceptable
I demand first of payment terms - they ready to give our company


I even ready to gave him sample of list too. but they demand the certificate of his country side and when we have not mostly then they aftersaid to registered at his country side of ministry of govt. side then it's really to all know they all are FAKE result shown at end.

I dont see any reason why one should use unofficial mail address such as yahoo or msn while doing business. There must be something fishy about people who uses such email. Afterall it is business that we are doing here.
