Indian cities are famous for snarling traffic. Bangalore, Mumbai, Bangkok and also Indian cities are all famous for traffic.Do you love traffic? What you do when you are struck in car? Do you observe other people in other car and bikes? what will be your thought process?
Maybe, when I have a seat and not in a hurry. Then I could just sleep, daydream, read newspapers, books, or just look at the sky, the clouds, look at the passengers, cars, or anything.
I hate lunch hour traffic jams in my country where I live and work. But I usually don't mind traffic jams that much elsewhere when I happen to be in other cities. In New Delhi or Karachi I'd watch other people, vehicles, buildings etc to occupy my mind. In Cairo I'd look out for the Sphinx or some other historical sites. In Sydney I'd try to get my bearing as to where exactly is The Sydney Opera etc, and in Bangkok, well in Bangkok I'd be too sleepy usually to care about traffic jams for some reason..
I hate traffic jams only when I have to rush for an appointment, in any cities, especially in the tropics where it's hot and humid.
Replying to [Ganapathie]: When i am stuck in traffic in Bangkok, I get out of the Meter Taxi and walk and leave him behind. Or I use the BTS (Skytrain) and look DOWN on all the traffic in Bangkok. Just say NO to stuck in traffic!
