SHENZHEN ANPAN PRODUCTS ARE EXCELLENT IN QUALITY...WELL WORTH THEIR PRICES AND SHENZHEN ANPAN IS AN HONEST, RELIABLE COMPANY.

CANTUM KAYA SDN. BHD. registered office at,B-05-17,Krystal Point ,No.303,Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah,11900 Sungai Nibong,Penang on 14th.may,1998 that using the same office with RICH FOCUS CORPORATION SDN. BHD. started the project of, KRYSTAL PARK at, KP PHASE 1 located at, Bukit Tengah,Penang since 2005,suddenly declared to bankrupt on,12th,march,2009.
But according to the report that all the buyer in hand ( announced by the liquidator , COVENANT EQUITY CONSULTING SDN. BHD. on,march,2009 during the buyer meeting at, PEARL VIEW HOTEL ,Butterworth ,Penang )was the developer tried to sell the land to another new company ,PELANTAR KRISTAL SDN. BHD. on,18th.,july,2007.

There is some points here that cant accept by the house buyer;
1) the developer try to sell the land of the house without any notice to all the house buyer,
2) during the process of the construction moment, the developer try to sell the land to other developer,before it announced to bankcrupt in different YEAR,
3) all the buyer became in trouble to pay for their bank loan, and no house to stay,
4) the secured creditor of the developer, ALLIANCE BANK can sell the land in any moment,
5) all the house buyer had paid majority payment, or full payment also have to face the same trouble,
6) The developer try to legal sue on the 26 buyers of the house buyers ,because of the buyers noticed the construction stop matter in the newspaper,
7) the developer can sue the buyers after the company had bankcrupt??
8) the buyer have to declare the developer to be the SCAMMER due to the matter at above and did not take any responsible at all after their company had been bankcruptcy

CANTUM KAYA SDN. BHD. cheating our money with the RICH FOCUS CORPORATION SDN. BHD.MALAYSIA, they declared to be bankcruptcy after we had purchase the land and house from them.Then they try to RESELL our land to another new DEVELOPER without notice to the buyers.
