I remind those scammers not to pretend like buyer and tell lie here!

I personally would never purchase anything from Putian. Why because these so called "serious companies" are scammers as well. On Alibaba.com Gold Supplier does not mean anything. All over Alibaba "suppliers" post their leads and mostly Putian, leads with wrong description, images stolen from eBay, with small eBay camera on it and they claim is theirs.

Made several purchases from Putian, several different "companies" and same problem.

I ordered Dell XPS M1710 from Putian Ziheng Trading Co., Ltd. http://ziheng.en.alibaba.com/ for $750.00. Stayed in touch from the start to the end, sent high resolution pictures of the product I need, exact specification and configuration, they said, yes, we have it in stock.

Very sad story today, when I received non-working Dell C600 Latitude built in 2001, not only that this computer was 100% completely different thing, but it was also 6 years old, half broken, not in working condition and packed worse than poor.

I highly suggest that all of you, if you want to do business with rest of the world, at least sell the product that you promised, don't post products that you don't have, don't lie please, because on the end you will loose, not us.

Honestly the only good experience we had on Alibaba was with our New Butterfly Sewing Machines, everything else is not worth even mentioning.

So please, sell what you have, sell what you know about, don't scam us, don't lie, because everything has the end.

I believe that the larger question is - Why doesn't a large organization like Alibaba.com police their own network?????? They have certainly been around this business long enough to know how to do it. China companies wish to maintain a reputation of quality product, excellent service, fair and honest business dealings with other Countries around the World. They need to insist that this type of business is removed from this site. One bad company like this in China can turn millions of future prospective customers away. All people in business know that no news travels as fast as bad news. Nothing else can do more harm to an honest business. Every day that a bad company stays on this site is another day that ALL China business is lost.

I placed a small order with a company by the name of zihengtrade (http://www.zihengtrade.com and to be honest the first order i placed I received half of the items. I asked the contact person what happened she said that the items were out of stock and I needed to pick different items. I was cool with that. Until she told me that I would have to place another order and they would put the items with the new order. Sounded stupid but hey i needed some more items any way. Now this order comes and it was only the items that were left off the last order. Now guess what, yep you guessed it! She wants me to place another order to get these items. We argued about this over and over and she even stayed offline for a few days after all this, she told me that she was on break and her workmate had mailed the items off and even gave me a tracking # Come to find out that the tracking # was fake. She finally told me that if I don't place another order then they will not send my items. She needed me to remain their customer. I told them that i do not plan on ordering fromt them again and she told me well you won't get your items. Ok this company uses your money then asks for more to get your old items. Be very aware of this company.
