Many of the big buyer told us that they didn't have time for chatting on the net. because they have many departments on the company.
after we are receiving the mail from each other .we can keeping recorde with each other. it can avoid any mistake on the production.
i think it's correct.

Replying to [everconn]:I think for the phone calling skype is the cheapest.There are many buyers which are infact goood with chatting and emails.So I think for the first time communication you can use phone to describe about your company,to verify that the person is legitimate you are not wasting time for his quotes.When the buyer sounds like interested he/she will himself give his/her chatting ID.So that it will also not cost you much and then if you get the order.You should thank them by calling on phone.I think chatting is the best way for the long communication and its cheaper too.Phone is always good to verify that the buyer is not fake.Many buyers seems like from US but actually they are fake from nigeria.So its always good to verify.![[em1]](http://img.alibaba.com/images/eng/style/icon/emoticons_smile.gif)

Replying to [everconn]:It's good tools talk throught messeger(YM,MSN,Skype,ICQ,Trade Manager etc) but must be know the good and bad things.
The positive things talk with buyer through messeger:
- Can save lot's of telephone expense ( some messeger like skype can freely talk with two skype user )
- More clearly and understand what buyer requirements, because it's written notes, sometimes we can't understand what buyer speaking on the phone because of bad conections, or if we have no good listening/speaking with buyer language.
- send files/photos faster than throught email, and we can't open it right away
Negative
- Using messeger we must extra carefull, because at free or common messeger is the best way for hicker/spy to put rootkit and spy your computer. You must have to use good spyware system on your computer
- Using telephone will make our relationship can closer, ...we talk,hear, right away directly and can feel and get the feed back.
- Buyer more interest and remember with telephone contact
