I was asking myself if a beginner businessman would like to start business with a small sum of money,what should he do and what do professional traders advise him to do?

Read through as many of these forums as possible. Pay attention as you will be able to learn from other's mistakes and heed the advise of the moderators.

If you are working with a small sum of money you can't afford to lose it so pay attention to the advise that is given and realize that not all advice is good advice.

Most of all, do your due diligence. You are the only person that can protect you from being scammed.

If you have a low capital to work with, then you might find yourself better working as an agent or broker ( Prefer Agent), at the same time you'll earn experince plus build up capital.

Land yourself to be an agent or broker for a company. If you have
a genuine supplier/distributor, then request their terms of how they handle agents or brokers.
