what is the best possible way to sue a defaulter company.

[em1]i would like to ask that what is the best way to sue a
company which turns up to be a defaulter??on international basis.Usually i m asking this for smaller amounts.

If the supplier turns out to be a defaulter company, no matter it's small amount or big amount, it takes time and spends more money to hire a lawyer to prosecute, but it's the only and best way to bring them to justice.

Replying to [cbee]:recently like i traded with a company in dubai...it was something related to some service,,,,we did the whole service but they didnt paid the full amount...which was some ten thousand AED...now we have the full signed contract form etc...but can not do anytihng in tht case...so how can we make the agreemtn more firm or some thing which can stop any such thing to happen further??[em4]
