i would like to ask that what is the best way to sue a company which turns up to be a defaulter??on international basis.Usually i m asking this for smaller amounts.

If the supplier turns out to be a defaulter company, no matter it's small amount or big amount, it takes time and spends more money to hire a lawyer to prosecute, but it's the only and best way to bring them to justice.
