Hey guys I went to the mall yesterday with my buddy and happend to have one of those copy ipod mp4 players on me. I stopped by one of the center booths that they have that sell all kinds of fake chains, etc. I approached them and simply asked if they heard or sell this type of product. After they said no, I offered them my product and they seem to be VERY VERY interested. So this is just an idea for some of you.

All members should also be aware that if you import an item and you market it as an Ipod you open yourself up to several lawsuits.  Even if you import the fake ones you could be left holding the bag if the person you supply them to markets them as Ipods.  If you import correctly you must ensure that your customer signs a marketing waiver stating that they know they are not Ipods and can not advertise them as such.  Even using the words Ipod-like can get you in trouble with the FTC.  Also, you must define your warranty clearly or you could incurr some stiff legal fee's.

yeah i understand that marketing them as ipods will lead to a lawsuit...but why would someone be that stupid, they have an apple store alittle further down in the mall.
