On which Paper Agreement should be made??

[em1] i would like to ask that international service agreement should be made on which paper???

like i usually get it made on simple bond paper and then get it sighned by the company but my soliciters said that i should get it made on non judicial stamp paper...??

Replying to [ALESER]:What I know in international trade it does not matter on what paper you write the agreement because it is not sure wether the law of the country where it is signed will be applicable. It depends on the by lateral and multilateral agreements between the countries (exporting and importing).

yes as far as you deal with a genuine person who is commited to his words. Even if you use stamp paper or any other legal paper and the defaulting person is from the country to whom you (countr) do not have any treaty, you can not do much.
