I export nutritional supplements and phamaceuticals,it always appear white powder,customers confirm the quality according to samples,but there are more limited policy to send or accept such samples between exporter and importer's country,I am always trouble for it?

who can give me some advices?

Best way is that you attach an Invoice to the sample parcel and state on this Invoice CLEARLY what the white powder is and that it is a sample. This way, the Customs People will know when they inspect the parcel.
