Replying to [iulianap]:I am from the USA, and the biggest problem we do have is communication with people we are trying to buy products from who can not communicate in English, most time the people that can not communicate with us create problems, misunderstandings, and it is very difficult to understand anything technical, Other problem is when we pay to use a translator example, (skype live time translator, translation software is not accurate) to do business it drives up the cost of our goods and therefore making our products not completive on our market. In most G1 countries trade is done in English and these are the countries that buys most anything, so therefore if you want new clients or a better working relationship with your clients learn the global language of English

I believe in first place, we need to be careful while emailing. It is essential to express clearly and etc. Since emailing is the first stage and is capable of creating the first impression between the buyer and seller, which can determine desire of any of them to go on.
