Moderators survey
The moderators in the Alibaba Forum work hard and also smarter thanhe other forum I have seen.
From the previous survey, many of us spent at least 5 hours a day on the computer. This is only the time, but about the contents of their postings, the amount of work we have to do to research the subject, to search for scammer tracks, to make the forum a board for discussion, and to play god to the forum which we are assigned to, is never an easy task.
On this matter, I suggest that Alibaba reward the moderators with a Laptop computer with Wireless Modem each.

Moderators who are not yet trustpass or gold members could be given 50% discount on the fees as reward.
I don't fully agree with you here.
I spend an average of about 10-12 hours in my office every day, have the computer on, and probably log into alibaba for about 4-5 hours each day.
I quite enjoy being a Moderator, and consider it a great honour and privelige to have been asked to be one.
I accepted this without any expectations of any reward whatsoever.
My philosophy in life is "What goes round, comes round"
A lot of people do things because they WANT to do it on a voluntary basis, without expectations of rewards.
Then, one day, when they least expect it, something GOOD will happen, and that is the return for not being GREEDY!
I'm sure most of my fellow moderators are of the same opinion.

It is also interesting., and all the guest moderators are to do this job to gain knowledge and share the knowledge they have learned. Providing a laptop may be usful and honour them.

Dear Street Smart. As a Moderator you biggest reward would the spread of knowledge and the respect that you have from other memembers. There are nothing better than that.
