This is a question you should have put in shipping and documents forum. Anyhow ,some basic questions: 1.Do you have PAN number? 2.IE code number 3. Are you a member in textile committe? 4.Do you have ****? 5.Do you have order sheet or L/C from the Ethiopia buyer? Kindly make the answer, we will guide you how to procced?
