I lived in New Delhi, I do understand you it is hard to work in this conditions, but as every respectable company they never hide the truth, legally they make contracts with buyer including your interests, then you may start talking to seller about final price and delivery. Be honest, and tell to buyer about final agreements. And ask for dividable L/C, your interests will come to your account directly. I hope it will help you. Take care
