Supply of rejected material by members of ALIBABA holding trustpass

What can a buyer do if the goods supplied to him by a trustpass holder Chinese company who has supplied defective/rejected goods, the payment of which has already been made by the buyer. The seller company now refuses to acnkowledge that the goods sent by them are not as per ordered specifications.

This case falls into trade dispute kind of cases.
What you can do ? Go back to your contract with this supplier and read through the stipulated arbitration clause in the contract, thats where you should go to seek justice.
What if there isn't any arbitration clause in your contract?
You might as well considering take a legal action against them in their own country.
Either way, this would be an uphill battle, and please do not believe in anyone saying that the lawsuit proceeding is cheap.Its not anywhere near it at all
