hi everyone!
Dont worry too much about poor or broken English, whether spoken or written. As long as we get the message across, and some people can understand us then it's OK. There's an excellent English Forum in Alibaba moderated by a Professor Carl and others.
If we're Asians then English is not our mother tongue or language, but at least we can proud of the fact that we all do our best to speak this foreign language.
Chinese should only be ashamed of themselves if they speak broken Chinese..
And Indian should also be ashamed of themselves if they speak broken Indian..
And Japanese should also.... Well, you get the idea.
So continue to contribute ideas and share experiences in this or other forums. There's a lot to learn from everybody.
Now, about good salesmanship. As a salesperson we only have to remember the last time we went shopping and how we were treated as a customer. There are times when we feel that these sales people should be more respectful, considerate, friendly, and helpful to us as the customer.
So there's no secret formula or recipe to being a good salesperson. We all know it because we all have experienced good service as well as bad service ourselves as customers at other times.
Cheers! And be good.
