Better than some not as good as others, but they do have a great warranty and technical department which is tops in the computer market.

I run a small company selling custom built PC's and provide repairs for my customers.

Dell are one of the worst company's, From personal experience i have had many complaints from customers about there Dell Laptops and desktops and often have to of had to repair them for customers.

What i found out is that the components inside a Dell are cheap components or often i've seen reused components from old computers, Very limited upgrade ability on Dell's as they have got a company to manufacture their own motherboards to cut on costs.

So far they are doing well in selling very cheap Pc's and they have extremley strong marketing.

upto my knowledge is concerned ..Dell has got best warranty and a prompt technical support...

Its products have been quite innovative and everyone has got one or more opinions for a companys products,,,its new laptop..Dell XPS is leading the race in its catogery..

Don't get me wrong there are good and bad with any manufacturer but in the years that I have had them, I have had no major problem with any of their systems in my office.  Bugs are something any system will eventually have due to heat dust and electrical malfunctions on circuit boards.  Their customer support is still tops in my opinnion.
