Huaxia + D&B Verification , 1 year before Company established !!!

How can it be, that a company Chengxiang District New Star Trade Co., Ltd., new established in 2007 04-23,
is Authenticated and Verified by Huaxia D&B China on May 25,2006 and listed as Gold Supplier since 2006 ???
Under the name Chengxiang District Laojiang Shoe Store, wenxian Road,Chengxiang District,Putian City a company was listed since 2006, now both have the website http://www.nike3721.com !!!
As I thought if a Company gets a new name, adress (different in TrustPass + Company Profile) and a new registration number, a new verification is also a must, because nobody know, why the old company is gone, too much complaints, or what ?
On the website the old name and adress is present !
Is my thinking wrong ? I wait for numerous answers !

I'm not sure if the same is possible in China, but here in Mexico you can make tax-deductible expenses and get certifications for a not yet established "would-be company", as at that very moment you don't know yet if you will obtain the certifications, permits, etc. to run your business, and want to clear that first.
So the government quite officially and legally gives you a chance to do that. Sometimes the future CEO even has to hire temporary personal to show that he can/will be able to manufacture according to a given standard, etc. That's why among Mexican companies you'll find a few with the same "discrepancy".

What do you think should be done in this case? I have the impression that you would like to somehow force Alibaba to act upon this situation and are looking for support. Nothing happened when you report it, except, that quietly and secretly, without further information the errors will be simply accepted !
So I have reported one month ago, a verification for an other Putian Company but this one with complete other name and adress ! In this case, the reported active company, a many times reported fraudster is disappeared and the verified company is going to sleep in the background !
One other case, the verified Company is in Shanghai, but the listed one, of course a counterfeit seller with the same name, is in Shenzen !
But no reaction from Alibaba !

It may be, that your company in China is a good one, but on International Markets, a counterfeit seller who can/will not inform his buyers about the kind of items, or state they are original, can not be honest, because it is illegal !
Doing business with counterfeits in World Trade will be prosecuted and the merchandise can be seized !
But that is of course not the problem of the suppliers, in the moment if they have get the cash for the deal, everything else is all the same to them.
