dear sir
obviously writing a business plan is not an easy task, it needs the writer to be able to carry out surveys, handle statistics, be familier with accounting procedures, etc, etc.
what can an uneployed person in a third world country hoping to improve his lot can do where unemployment runs at 50%, where there is no proper loaning facilities, no surveys, no helping guidelines to follow to start a business.
it has been seen in these parts of the world to abolish entire ministries and throw thousands of people to the streets to fend for themselves or terminate a carrier by a mine explosion to force a person to seek a new carrier where an amputated limb is no longer needed. how can you develope a business plan in this case.
however there are many many success stories where no business plans were made. only sheer hard work, prudence, preseverence, a little bit of luck and a little bit of help from god were enough.
Replying to [terrabrazil]: I totally agree to your business plan artical. any business plan require 3 year projection plan. All these details may not be relevant to some small business. Such as manufacturing, Distrubution, corporate large department stores businesses need those big details plan in order to attaract invester/bank financing. For some small business under 30,000 k bank normaly would consider line of credit or credit card financing and need to show basic personal business plan.
