If the supply could give legal verification and authencation document of the products, how is this case going? Why can't I import like creative from China distributors if they are legally allowed so?

there is no chinese manufacturer who can give you legal papers for Import of Western Brand items, made in China !
The Import papers must be confirmed by the owner of the brand, this confirmation you never get, because he protect his marketprice !
If a chinese company produce a brand product on a license base, it is strictly prohibited to sell them outside the before fixed range !
If they offend against this rule they will loose the license !
And who will kill a golden goose ?

From a Chinese Distributor with a license or authorisation to sell Western Brand items made in China to foreign countries, I never heard, but if you know one or more, it will be time for me to revise my knowledge !

Replying to [adeela]:I have a friend who was importing toys from China. The problem was that the toys were not manufactured by the authorized company. These toys were packaged to look like the original toys. Well, as you can guess, he started selling them at a much lower price than the original toy. After several months, the real US toy company found out about this and reported him under the (C) copyright and patent infringement authorities in the US. His toys were confiscated and he was fined. So, if you don't know if you are getting the legitimate toys, don't do it. If you want to risk being caught and fined, it's a free world. I hope things work out for you.

I do not know about Pakistan, but for Europe, you need documents that certify that your products are original. Furthemore, in some european countries, for merchandise that comes from China they will ask for certificates for the specific brand.

Replying to [adeela]: That would depend. Are they selling a product they are producing for someon in America? or some other county? This would infringe on thier rights and privacy claus.

Replying to [adeela]: I worked for a Speaker, AMP, Mixer factory last year, there are many clients from all over the world. Ashdown and Gibson, the products are very nice with good prices, but we couldn't sell it at all , it is illegal, if you want to buy branded product, you should contact the branded company sales department, or check out there website for your local distributor information. you Know that, factories in China, Products made in China, but could not sell it, why do you want to buy the products from China factory?
