Take this route:

  1. First approach the party who had wronged you, and sought out a solution as gentlemen. Try negotiation and diplomatic approach.
  2. If first approach has not resolve the problem, then get your firm lawyers. The lawyers will also try to come to an amicable situation between two parties.
  3. The next step to take is an International Court Case. All these are through company lawyers.
  4. Most cases are resolved even before going International.

WTO is for Government to Government cases, not for company to company, neither is it for company to Government.

Replying to [bmpc]:Try and sue someone internationally! Good Luck! Jurisdiction laws will not be in your favour as this is a very tricky area to deal in. WTO is not for small business.
