Dear Autumn,
I would like to say:
Firstly, you should find out what your potential buyers needs. If a new firm, or rather a certain company of ours, wishes to open up a market to sell something to or buy sometheing form manufacturer in foreign countries, the person in charge must first of all find out whom he is going to deal with. Usually, we can search for useful information from Internet, such as some search engine "Google","Yahoo", and some b2b platform "Alibaba.com", "ec21.com", and so on.
Secondly, any email or fax received must be answered in full without the leasset delay and with courtesy so as to create goodwill and leave a good impression on the reader. This is one of the most important functions of commercial correspondence.
Last but not least, be more patient and work hard, I believe you will be successed one day!
Good luck!
Tony Han.

Replying to [Autumn]: Hi Autumn. I have been researching the market on ceramic tiles for three years now and waiting to increase my capital before venturing into selling these items. I have visited Vietnam and see that they produce very beautiful ceramics but not in very many varieties. Could you direct me to your website or any information on the items your company produces?

Replying to [Autumn]: try reading information on trade and commerce before you try to sell anything, because if you cant get this, you will have lots of problems and try contacting alibaba support they will be happy to help you, they have all the answers to your questions.

Try selling to countries close to your country, remember most major countries do product such products, and you price will not be competitive on their markets, because of fright and money exchange rates. Try local trade shows, and establish your brandname.
