Accept under-value invoice requirement or loss the order?

Dear All, hope all you are very well.
Sometimes, when we will sign a contract with our customers, who want us to issue an under-value invoice to them. I know the reason they want us to do this is tax evasion, and I also know some our Chinese exporters will do this in order to get the order. However, this is prohibitted by our government. If discovered, the exporters will be punished by our government, and may be withdrawed his import and export licence. I think this is also one of reasons for antidumping measures to Chinese goods in Europea and America.
However, unfortunately, I am always not issueing the under-value invoice according to my customers' request, but I will try my best to explain to my customers why I can't do this. Some will agree with me, but sometimes I lost the orders. Maybe, I lost my money, but I would like to make money legally.
I don't know if am I right or not? Would you like to share you ideas with me?

There are several ways to lawfully avoid some of the tax ... but certainly not by putting undervalue on an Invoice.

- I need help; it?s somebody from ALIBABA SITE to hear me? To investigate this and to find a way not to allow such trade?
I know it is cleverness from all how is taking lesson from such international trade.

Always wrong. You are selling the product for say USD 1000
If the buyers wants under invocie for 500USD and if you do it he will cheet teh government in paying tax and also cheet you for the balacne amount.How you will get the balance amount., if he is refusing.

I think I will do the same as you did. Not agree to under-invoicing even if I lose an order as it is blatant cheating. One who agrees with it is another cheater.

Thanks for your kind opinon about Under-value invocie reqiirements.
In my country if your exporter did not under-value your invocie the destination inspection agents will over - value your goods to an extent that youw ill have to loss the goods to the customs as you can not be able to pay the value to be given to you.
So I wish to inform exporters that they agree with their importer customers to under-value their goods so that the importer will still make some profirts in the business.
