I would have to order more or they would not send me the items!

[em5][em6] I made an order with this company (Siba) and they agreed to send me two items if i send them my money which was $300usd. I sent them the money and when I contact them to send me the tracking numbers for my order they said that I would have to order more or they would not send me the items. I then asked for my money back and they said that I would have to wait until the end of the month. What should i do?

You can report them to Alibaba with the relevant information in order to have them removed:

Also feel free to point out that I reported this company two weeks ago as they are impersonating a legitimate Swedish chain of electronics stores. You can also file a report with www.ic3.gov . However I'm afraid there is nothing you can do to recover $300 dollars that wont cost more than that.

Based on our experience, Alibaba will not care about you. They are their trusted company, ie paid customer. Even though Alibaba know those companies are not working properly, Alibaba don't care as long as they paid.

you report this to Alibaba with proof and the company details, they must be black listed.. I think Alibaba Must also start black listings of the company who are involved in scamms / cheating or fraud..

Very [em4] to hear this but I would strongly suggest you go to your bank from where you must have paid money and if you have proper papers ie: Proforma Invoice etc than you can be ready to fight against it as you have correct evidence to claim back things if the other party breach the contract according to law if any party conducts breach of contract than the suferring party can claim its cost and other related things by going to embassy of that coutry and showing all related documents etc its time going process but best of luck you will have [em20] atlast i bet.You can also claim loss for the same eg: client went away and your goodwill has been affected etc etc...

Replying to [Courtney]:[em4] From my point of view. ALIBABA :-, by being a member of ALIBABA with fees paid as a MEMBER, any of the said introduced companies recommended by ALIBABA, should be held responsible by ALIBABA ITSELF.

Therefore, you should file a claim with & against ALIBABA becuse it was them who placed the "crooks" in the panel & list of contacts without "VETTING" these companies , TO PROTECT MEMBERS OF ALIBABA, FROM SUCH "TOUTS" is tantamount to SHIELDING THE SUPPILERS FROM FLEECING FOREIGN BUYERS & INVESTERS OF THE FOLLOWING BUSINESSES TO BE HAD IN CHINA .

The fees paid to be a member of ALIBABA is certainly not a small sum , therefore ALIBABA should have a SUPPLIER ADVISORY BOARD - to ensure they are qualified & true manufacturers & suppliers of goods & services.

It is absolutely IMPORTANT that ALIBABA gathers all information on the varoius member companies/suppliers before they are recommended to MEMBERS. This will certaily ensure foreigners alike who are genuine buyers or potential enquirers for such businesses alike.

ALIBABA, SHOULD HAVE A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF ACCOUNTABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS ESPECIALLY PAID MEMBERS.

Here is a word of advice, never be too eager to become a member of any organisation UNTIL IT HAS SHOWN TOTAL COMMITMENT & RESPONSIBILITY WITH PROOF & TRACK RECORD OF SUCH IS VITAL TO ALL CUSTOMERS, WHO ARE THE BACKBONE OF ALL BUSINESSES.

I think that administration of Alibaba has to fix this problem or do not include this company in database... I am afraid that this will happend to me, but i am working through Alibaba and Global Sourse. ??????? you have to prove that you send the money and show the documents or mails, and invoice

We had a similar problem with a company called EMD SQUARE LIMITED from HK, their product was of bad quality and they would only replace the bad items upon completion of a new order, I mean who would order a second batch if the first order was bad.

My suggestion would be to have a league of shame on Alibaba where such companies can have their names put up for product deficiencies or lacking service qualities. As they are typically trust pass or gold members surely Alibaba could act as arbitrator in these cases.
