I am in the process of making a deal with them. But they are refusing to accept Escrow and say they have invested 60000 to obtain a gold status thus it would be silly for them to try and steal 1000 from me. Only method of payment is Western union and no samples!!
I hope Business in china can give us a definitive answer on this company.

To bbking: most of Chinese manufacturers do not have a good English name and they do not register themselves in English. So you cannot check out with a name translated by themselves in China, for example, Putian Shoes Factory, there may be dozens of manufacturers claim themselves as Putian Shoes Factory. Another example, my Chinese name pronounced as ' Yuan Yulin', however, there are hundreds of people named ' Yuan Yulin' in China ( the same pronunciation with different Chinese characters ), so how can you check out a company only by its name in China? Hence, you'd better offer more detailed information, esp their unique registered company number in China.
There are also some buyer scammers, it's the same story to some foreign sellers.
The way to self-check out your target company in Hongkong is the same, you have to contact Hongkong local administrative government organs in China.

I'm sure your target company is a typical business cammer in China, please stay away from it. As I'm not an employee with Alibaba company and I do not have much time and money to offer too much free services here. I'm sorry for this, if you'd like to know the detailed information on your target companies, you'd better employ a local Chinese to verify it for you in China. For the larger orders, the best way is to find a part-time purchasing agent like us to protect your interests in China! It does not cost you so much!
