Please check the supplier Yoya trading for me.
http://minifashion.en.ec21.com
I have been e-mailing with them for a while and on the point of buying 50 Cashmere sweaters.
They only use western union, that's why i'm wondering if this is a legit company.
Thanks.

Hi, if the problem is to verify this company is speaking Chinese, you can give me the company's name and information and I will do some kind of secret investigation for you. Some time, when you are importing good from Chinese, it is good for you to inspect it first before they ship. if you are a large buyer try to exterbilish a agency here in China with a representive that will help you do the checking and all or simply send someone down here to do the checking for you. It is difficult to distingiush a trader and a producer here in China. if you want to do business in China do it with trust and be ready to accept any result. There are good traders and producers, do not be too stingy to get someone in China to be doing the checking for you, it will save you a lot of time, money and from loosing your customer.

Many good points from Rizzob-background checks are always recommended.
As a mainland supplier, when responding to direct or automatically generated enquiries,I ALWAYS ask the recipient to check our credentials and encourage them to use my contact details,in my signature pane.
This includes company name,address,website(s),phone/fax numbers,SKYPE and MSN details.
This process works both ways-the seller needs to verify whether the potential buyer is genuine,or a one man band after free samples to re-sell on e-bay.
Wherever possible,I invite potential/existing customers to visit our premesis,so that an initial peace of mind can be established.
This is usually done during a courtesy phone call a short time after sending my response.
Trust obviously plays a big part in business transactions, and if something doesn't appear (or 'feel) right-it perhaps isn't right!!

There are a few additional points I'd like to add to Rizzob's recommendations.
In the "Comapny Profile" paragraph,he mentions whether there are too many diverse products.
Our company, due to being a member of the China Chamber of Commerce, has an legal exporting licence.Due to this fact,we are asked by existing customers to source additional products outside our usual portfolio.Once we have supplied these products (after we have visited the factory to verify it's legiticamy),we add to our homepage.
Additionally,we also employ Trade Manager to 'converse' with our customers. This may involve being active during UK and US business hours-and the associated timezone differences.Just because we're 'online' during these hours doesn't distract from our business integrity.Recently, for instance,we've been online on Sunday communicating with our customer in Florida, and I've had cause to be online 1a.m. local time to someone 'back home' in the U.K.

I think a good advice is to check the list of companies who will be at te electronics fair next week.
In my opinion, these companies are for real and honest. They have products exposed, catalogues, references, certificates, evrything you could verify.
