I am a first time buyer, looking at buying LED bicycle lights from Shenzhen Minjun Electronic Factory in China (www.headlamp.cn). I plan to place my first order for a value of about $2 000.
I have already bought a few of the same lights from an online wholesaler in Hong Kong (www.dealextreme.com) so I know it is a good product. Shenhzen Minjun appears to be the only factory who manufactures these lights.
I have thoroughly checked their website, including domain registration details, phone & fax numbers look legitimate.
The contact details on their website match that on their Alibaba company site.
I have been dealing with a sales person, Huali Zhang, via email & Skype and it all seems quite genuine. She has sent me several versions of proforma invoice during our negotiations and I have a pretty good feeling that it is all above board.
They want me to pay by T/T into a personal account (apparently its the CEO's account)
So I guess I am just asking the forum if anything I have mentioned above rings any alarm bells?
Has anyone had experience in dealing with this company?

Mr shop and go, he said that "hbad because we had bad weather here, which unfortunately could not be reparieret phone. that's not my fault. I've always done with my client at the first request western union. If you do not want it's no problem.
then we forget the cause and good it is. I take my bank details for this not because the withdrawal fees are very high. Thus western union. I hope you understand that. many greetings".

Hello! I've negotiated the terms for a sample and they are requesting a T/T which isn't alarming by itself but Im trying to do my due diligence. Has anyone heard or had any past experience with Shanghai Huangfeng Trading Company Ltd. They been authenticated and verified by CCIS (PRC) (if that means anything). Can anybody point me in any other directions on how to locate more information on them.
I looked up the domain and saw that their domain was registered in October 2010. I asked Jennifer Lin about this and she said the company got their license April 09 but didnt create a website until last month. They also said they haven't done so much volume to warrant a export license (meaning they do NOT have a export license). She said she would "ask her boss" to accept escrow as a payment method. I have a large budget to merchandise a large conference center but want to find a reputable supplier. If no one has any information on this company, does anyone have any info on a honest supplier?
I almost forgot, I also asked for references but was told "that imformation is competetive information". Im really not sure if Im missing anything else, anybody have any other suggestions?
Thanks!
