I paid $1375 in advance for 10 units of phones and 41 pair of shoes from Fujian Huamin Export and Import. Their site is :

After they received payment, They told me that the phones are fake, whereas i had confirmed this atleast a 100 times, if the phones are original or not. Also immediately after payment they said, that the shoes are $30 and not $15 each. I said ok I want a refund. They said we will give you shoes for $30, so you will get 46 pairs for $1375. I said sorry that was not the original deal, And how can you force people to buy the things at your prices after they have paid. I said nothing doing i want my money back. i want a complete refund of $1375. And they, without even confirming with me, have shipped 46 pairs of shoes for $30, when i dont agree to this deal. I want either my full order, 10 units of phones, or 90 pairs of shoes for $15/each for Total of $1375. Thats final. These people are cheating me, And as alibaba is a trusted site, we deal with them, without even thinking much. We know alibaba wil take appropriate action.
I am copy pasting emails from them here, See how they fujian huamin export and import company is doing fraud on alibaba. Also they have listed original N95 with original specifications on their site, But offer fake phones after payments.
Take a lesson from this, Dont deal with anyone on alibaba blindly, never pay by western union. These people are the biggest cheats i have seen, so dont deal with these ids

Thankyou, as a new member it is good to actually have the rules laid down in "Black and white" Although the majority of the rules are common sense and good manners, it is a shame that not everybody in this world can adhere to them.
