     The rules are so fine,  but  there are still  some audiences put  e-mail address in it ?although  Ranger had  put   A Red red  notification ?

     Remus,  although Ranger had made a very RED RED warrant ...it still happen ...I suggest  that Admin  and Moderators had to rectify  some tools against that ?
