looks like to  renounce  " The Rules"                                                                                              1,  It is good to keep the forum : clean, health and comfort  D o & Do Not  above, merely are quoted in "The Rules", and  as like standard "Forum" the Admin & Moderator  would be the "balance control", Neutralize & payroll the Rules among Audiences                     2. We agree the rules for keeping it  "Civilize", but  in fact " Public-Forum" is open-source, the audiences are coming from  differ and various level/ cultures,  A multi cultures ....that is why the forum get more and more- interest and  participants...Let it be Natural....  do not deliver the Forum into such an "Exclusive-Spot"                                                                          3,. Moreover,  the subject of Topics also had been aggregated and classified into certain domains.  .. So... The Projection and Focus could be keep in the corridor.  And the discussion would be as like "Information Exchange"     i/o Debates,Arguing or Chats..         Whilst for the Case-study such as :  disputes, victims etc  why not  give a room/forum as like  Hot-line,  Info-center, or crisis-center ? Let them meet there and talks there ?

I have used Probuilt machinery international for 12 years and no problems.  I have become close friends with the owner and he is very honest with me.  He can broker everything you want and also manufacture some items himself.  call him cell 86.15996304621 his name is kevin.  he will not answer all the time because he is so very busy but keep trying.

I am a new memeber and am very close to purchasing from a company (Nanchang Toff Trade, $2000 worth).  My worry is that I have read the forum and there are a few negative comments in there.  But then I am told that this co. is a gold memeber which means they pay $10,000 to be a gold memeber through alibaba, and that they "are" a legitimit company b/c alibaba screens them very carefully.  Any advise on this?  Thanks! CC
