"No. of Best Answers" in "My Profile"

Quite a few of my replies in this forum have been called "Best Answer". However, the number of best answers mentioned in "My Profile" has not changed. Why?

I have gotten the feedback from our technical department, and we will fix our program as soon as possible. Please don't worry since all the previous Best Answer numbers will not be lost. Thanks for your support again.
