Two customers will come to our company and see our factroy .but I am a little upset.
The problem is , there is so many factories in our production sector in this area . I dont know it is a good news or bad news. If they know the condion, we may lose the advantage, i'm afraid.![]()
I don't think this is good news, but it's not bad news either. Your client is not stupid. They already know there are other competitors out there, but for some reason, they have chosen your company.
Remember also, that your client maybe can't read Chinese, and hasn't walked around your area, so may not realise that all the other nearby business are actually your competitors.
However, if you are correct and they do realise this, this is your chance to show them that they should be doing business with YOU and not them. Provide the best service, the best prices and most importantly, keep your client happy. Take them out for lunch, provide them with a guide, meet them at the airport, for example. All those little things will make it harder for them to walk away from you, because at the end of the day, relationships are important and they are human - will they walk away from a friend just to save a few $100?
