Replying to [beachbabe]:First of all, Welcome to China!

I am also a business lady , therefore I understand your feel. As a supplier, i have some suggestion.

First, pls choose a good supplier company, usually, they have some translators and good service. Like my company, if my clients will visit my company, we will pick them up at the airport, help them to book the hotel, -------if they havy any problem, even in personal problem, we will try our best to help them .

Second, You should communicate with every supplier in advance. Advise them your plan and Let them to help you .

Third, pls prepare some tratelate tools and some useful book to help you . it will be very convenient any time.

At last, we are a garment manufacture company, if you are interested , pls feel free to contact me .

b.have a local chinese number so that u could contact your interpreter and suppliers at any time you want and vice versa.

c.prepare some small gifts for your possible chinese suppliers and try to establish a friendly business negotiation environment .For example ,New Zealand Ancient Karuri.

Replying to [beachbabe]: Dear Lady, I believe prior arrangement is
correct. I would like to know which city you will visit 1st. and
what suppliers you plan to see. I can arrange a qualified person
who's able to meet your need.
I myself work for a manufacturing co., in Shenzhen City, China and
started to work in China since 1984 from Hong Kong for another
joint venture Co., thus having certain connection with supply
sources in China. If you think I can help you during your trip
in China, please do contact me.
With best regards.
