If your the supplier its very safe.  But remember to keep all documents that pertain to the shipping and delivery of the products.  Without verifiable documentation that items were shipped and confirmed recieved, the buyer could ask that his credit card company do a chargeback to your merchant account for failure to deliver.  At which time the Credit Card Company would give you 30 days to respond with the verifable documents or the chargeback will go against your account.
