For members who have problem with the TradeManager installation, we kindly advise you to check the downloaded TradeManager file to see whether it is 6.55 MB. If not, please delete it and re-download it at http://trademanager.alibaba.com
If it is 6.55 MB but you can not install it, please email directly to alibaba@alibaba-inc.com and state your problem in detail, such as your operation system, the error message etc.
I downloaded tradeManager for several times. Definitively the package installer has an error. Please, can somebody send me a functional TradeManager installer?
