I always get the inquiry from Africa.

They tell me that they are interested in our prodcuts.

The quantity is bulk.

They get a big money contract, hope to cooperate

Would you like to give me some advice?

Spolish, with all your questions about business and verifying business I would suggest that you visit the "Due Dillegence Forum*  where you may gain many insights to your questions and or one off responses by its very capable moderator AUSSIE.   As such this question will be sent to that forum as well.

Let's try to develop a method in this Topic  ...

for Asian suppliers to find the needle in the haystack ... those 5% of African enquiries that are genuine.

How does a Chinese supplier sort the wheat from the chaff ... seriously?

Take heart but be careful.
In my dealings a lot of homework has to be done, business is business. Firstly have a check sheet of all the dotted I's and crossed T's, for if you think about it Africa is a third world country with a low standard of eduction in general. This than explains why business of the world needs to guide the misguided.
Don't be fooled into the product you have is what the world wants, but rather what can you supply that Africa needs. With this in mind you will attract the right people, it takes time.
Good luck I hope this can help with your endevours
