Replying to [spolish]:[em1]As a US buyer there are a few thing that I like to said.
1. We don't like to haggles on price. (we pick the one with the best price and go for it.) so be extremely careful when you do price quote and MOQ.
2. We paid very close attention to quality. (so have some proof of your quality handy) Best way have some reference to give to customers.
3. Timely manner of delivery.
4. Don't push for a deal.
5. Be extremely hornest about yourself and the company that your represent.

that is just the start, but it should help some what

Replying to [spolish]:As an American I like to speak to other companies in US that you have done business with. References mean a lot to us. If it is your first time in US it could be harder. I am looking to do business with a company now that has not sold in US yet so I am using an inspector to go to his factory to check it out. Make sure you always welcome visitors and inspectors to help ease our fears of doing business with you.

Big traders:You will get order for good quantitiy. But they need good quality and for economic price. Timely shipment is essential. Donot work for D/A or D/P. work for LC payment. It is bothsides safe.Try to give quality certifiacte and inspection certificate from internataional agencies like SGS.

Small shops/boutiques:Since they need small quantities they will give good price and many value addition works. But the MOQ is very little. But for all these get advance payment and send through Bank
