I colud be interested if your company is really Hong Kong based and use western/Hong Kong methods to inspect the goods.
We would need inspection on T slotted cast iron surface plates, so there's to check the material used, to check the tolerances of CNC machining and the roughness of the surface of floor plates according to our standards.
We would need to know which kind of instruments you have to inspect the product according to our drawings.

Tony Chang (Tony Inspection) is based in Shenzhen.

Tony is a specialist Factory Auditor who principally audits and reports on Quality Control systems in Chinese factories. He is skilled in international ISO QC standards and I frequently use his services.

Western buyers use his service mainly to determine whether or not to place an order with the factory in the first place. For serious orders, there is little point in doing only a Pre-shipment inspection because defects delay the logistics of on-time delivery. Or, entire rejection of the goods at Pre-shipment Inspection (which is common with the many Chinese factories who do not operate under ISO QC standards) may result in entire loss of the usual 30% up front part payment (as it is usually not cost effective to sue for recovery of the 30% under the Chinese legal process).

Tony also does a limited amount of Pre-shipment Inspection but may be able to assist you to find the specialist you need. His professionl integrity and approach to quality control is 100%.
