there is the same problem....if you can trust an chinese factory-reporter who test they then you can trust the trade-company....what is the difference ? Nobody knows if these people say the truth and if they are not scammers too.

I'll give you a reference right now for people like TonyInspection who has saved my company much time and money in weeding out inferior goods in pre-shipment inspections. But for the good work we would frequently receive shoddy stuff mixed with good product from factories who pass verification tests.
