AGENCY AGREEMENT

An agreement made this the ................. day .............. between (name and address) hereinafter called the exporter of the first part and ................ (name and address) hereinafter called the importer of the second part, wherein the exporter grant to the importer the importation and selling right in the territory of ................. Harjeet, an agreement is anything that you want it to be, it can contain any amount of clause's and any phrase's, as long as it is both legible and credible. If you want to be 1000000000000000000000000000000% sure and confident, then contact reputable Exporters and Importer's in your own Country. Ask to see a copy (blank) of there Import and Export Agreements, take it home and study it or copy it.

Better still, ask them to help you, for a small fee, you may save yourself a lot of grief and anguish.
