Hello,

Please help me. I am soon going to make my first order from China. The price includes shipping but does the product then get sent to my house? Or do i have to organise this?

Hope somebody can help me.

Replying to [charlylauren]: depends on the term of delivery you agreed. buying from china usually means FOB or CIF for shipments by sea. as you say supplier will ship the goods, it shall be a CIF-order in your case. you have to care for customs clearance and further delivery to your (ware)house once the vessel arrives destinated seaport. ask a forwarding company to handle that for you.

in case you have ordered shipment by a courier company (TNT, DHL, UPS etc.), courier will forward the goods to your address. if you ordered a big lot customs may hold the goods and inform you about it, you have to clear customs then and pick up the goods afterwards. this is likely if customs think the goods are not samples only but the goods sent have commercial value (are intended to be traded).
