Test the quality and comapre the price.If you are satisfied then move to the next stage. find the details about the supplier. Name address, trader or manufacturer, having reputed busienss etc. Get the list of the customers for his comapny.
Arrange for an inspection agency there for testing quality and verifying the goods before and after ready for shipment.
Payment: make Letter of credit with all necessary terms and conditions.
