Bank Tranfer - TT fund to Supplier Account in China
Post 1 of 2
What is the best method to do TT of small amounts <100$ to Bank accounts in China. My reputable high street bank took 50$ to do the transfer and 5 days.
Both Western Union and MoneyGram only do person to person transfer.
My chinese counterparts say it is very difficult for them to collect money from Western Union as the office is always crowded and they have to wait for hours to get the cash.
Cheers

IM concerned that you would be sending such small payments.  Does this have anything to do with commision disbursements?  One practice would be to see if they had an account with HSBC in HK and you yourself opened a business account with HSBC in HK the transfer of funds would be in that case extremely minimal.
