Today I had a spare moment and put together some thoughts about low cost housing. As it is in reply to Eloho's post, it focusses on the situation of a developer/builder in a tropiocal country. Anybody interested in a copy? I don't want to post it here, as it is very long and Alibaba is very slow at this time (doing maintenance/repair?).
