Why buyers always steel information and then go by themselves?

Its not fair that buyers steal information and then do the dealing by themselves. How can we solve this problem?

Replying to [mama bebe]: We do not let the buyer know much details about the source till we do two three orders with them. By that time we build confidence in our buyer and also have confidence with him. In such cases chances of stealing and dealing themselves is less.

Also the supplier base that we have is trustworthy. They will not deal with our buyer without informing us and our consent.

Well Almost every buyer do this, they take the information from the agent and contact the factory to check the price directly..
and save the money. As it's not right..
1) Stop giving buyers full information of the supplier details.
2) If He is your very trusted than also never give him supplier details.
Bcaz no other way you can stop them. If you will tell factory don't offer him the products they will 100% offer to the buyer.. So you will loose the time, profit and work output

Replying to [mama bebe]:This is really a serious problem, as every buyer wants to buy on cheap rates and they think that direct factory purchase may increase the level of their profit, and so no body can stop them for making more money, for this if you make a contract with buyer that they have to buy from you only, is not that much strong contract and you can not 100% faith on your buyer, what you can do is that for bulk order you can make a direct contract from the factory that you will introduce the buyer to them and the factory will directly supply the goods to buyer through you and the buyer knows both of you, factory of the manufacturer gets a good buyer through you and they will give you the profit for your job, whic is not know to the buyer.

Do u mean STEAL information and then go by themselves..if yes then this is what term globalization means....
U have to be fast in todays business and u cant be secretive like before, u ask or put up something and u dont act, u will find it in the market...this is the good or bad thing with internet.
If u have an idea and it is gone e quick get other ideas if you are in telecom and u unable to win dont loose hope try selling chicken it could bring you better business
