[em6]Order a GPS from Fortune Power International Holdings Ltd.,in China. Have not received GPS or refund. Told me that they will give refund but they would charge me $25.00 USD bank fee. This fee occured because of their bad business or cheating people.Tried to intimidate me by saying not to complain so I could get GPS or refund. I have had other bad dealings with companies in China. Is their no honor with business in China? Still waiting on refund or GPS.

Replying to [Fefa]: I was wired $450.00 of the $475.00, I paid this company. They kept $25.00 for bank fees. They penalized me $25.00 because they could not deliver. I should get what I paid into this. This company is on Made-in-China web-site. I e-mailed them, donot think that will help. I quess I should be thankfull for what I got and keep my money in USA.

Ok, your right, you should still have got the full return. I could see if you just changed your mind, but if he cant deliver after he told you he could, then yea you are entitled to the full return.
