I follow all the steps that Alibaba given such as a good company profiles, cleared product pictures, competitive prices , prompt reply , and joining the community to get to know more information and etc, ...etc...., I have lot's of emails from buyers but after correspondense several times and it's about time to place the order , they are gone just like that....even some already buy and examine our product by given them samples and they said ours is good , still it didn't work either.... Did anybody experiencing the same problem with me?Or do I have to make a phone call to them? I offer them to use a trade manager but some buyers not too familiar with it..........this coming february my member will be expired soon...but I don't know why, I still have a strong belived that my company will grow faster through Alibaba one day....well do i have to renew my trustpass and just being patience ? Need some input who ever have the same issues with me and thank you to you all since i'm very confused right now

Actually, many traders may experience the same hard period because business is never easy. As we all know, market demand is really beyond our control. However, every trader has to be optimistic and persistent. Never give up!

Besides waiting for buyer's enquiries, you can contact buyers actively. Being a TrustPass member can increase the credbility of your company, which is also a leading trend of international online business.

Replying to [The Jeco]: Trustpass means nothing, it has less credibility than Gold Membership and see how many theives have been given credit by Alibaba and its Credit agency Dunn & Braddstreet (China).

Do not renew your membership stay free like us, we are still doing business, just be being honest!!!

Replying to [The Jeco]: I understand your thoughts. You have to be pro-active at times. Seek for potential buyers by writing a short and persuasive email to them. It might interest them and saves them time in seeking for their products. You also have to regularly post your sell lead so that it always appear in the first few pages. That is my five cents' worth of advice. Happy selling and wish you all the best.[em20]
