Your reply in regards to MFPA or Pay Order was very enlightening. I hope you can help me with an answer to my question also.

I am in Australia, and have a signed MFPA - a deal is being finalised for an Australian company who is paying me commission. Do I pay Goods & Services Tax on this amount? My accountant has not heard of MFPA or its legalities.
