Replying to [iulianap]:Pay order is a system in which we can get payment immediately but still it has problems that if the seller after releasing the material complaints of loss of pay order immediately than the transaction can be stopped. I have experienced this problem the buyer after buying the maerial against pay order simultaneously complained of misplacement of Pay order & requested for stop payment. In course of time My pay order could not be encashed.
SO let it be MFPA or PAy order if mind is clear you get money.

Replying to [iulianap]:
An irrevocable pay order is more protective for your commission. Because here the bank certifies and assures your payment. That is why it is more secure than any other method.

Your interpretation about MFPA was quite helpful and would you mind send us the draft or form of MFPA by return?
Best regards/.

Replying to [swamypr]:Dear
can you please let me know what to do next to secure my commission?
I have a signed and sealed IMFPA agreement from the seller together with an NDNC, the LC is not opened yet, and i am not sure how to get the seller to endorse the IMFPA from his bank to convert it to a pay order?
as you are aware the seller may or may not instruct his bank to endorse, how can i oblige him to do so?
With thanks in advance
Jonathan
